Nick Croston
Nick is
KASA’s Managing Director and founder. He has over twenty years
experience in the field of environmental and quality management both
within Australia and Internationally. Nick is a RABQSA Registered Lead
Environmental and Quality Auditor. His qualifications also include a
BSc honours degree in environmental and resource science from Kingston
University, UK and and MPhil in environmental chemistry.Nick is

Prior to
establishing Kasa Consulting Nick worked for Quality Assurance
Services as the West Australian programme manager for environmental
management certification services. In this role he had the
responsibility for maintaining the environmental certification
programme. This work involved environmental and quality certification
auditing and training, both nationally and internationally, and
business development activities within WA.
Jay Whiteley
Jay is
KASA's General Manager. An experienced
business and project manager with over
15 years experience, he has a strong process improvement
focus and a thorough understanding of HSE legislation. His
cross-disciplinary experience offers practical and tested OHS,
Environmental and Quality or integrated HSEQ solutions.
Jay has a
PhD in Environmental Geochemistry and a BSc honours degree in
environmental earth science.
In addition to Project Managing KASA’s overall workflow and specific
client projects, Jay regularly provides high level systems advice and
undertakes systems and compliance audits for major clients. He has
prepared stand-alone management plans, annual reports, developed
monitoring and measurement programmes,
reviewed and optimized existing environmental sampling and analysis
programs, undertaken NPI reporting,
undertaken
process mapping and
process
re-engineering, facilitated risk identification and assessment
workshops, run training sessions and workshops, and facilitated
management reviews.
Jay is an
RAB/QSA accredited Environmental, Safety and Quality Management Lead
Auditor.
